Dienten am Hochkönig

Dienten is a family place with many stories waiting to be discovered by young and old. What’s up with the Übergossene Alm or the White and Blue Women, for instance, is the legendary footpaths, which reveal the mysterious stories of yesteryear.

With around 800 inhabitants, the village is quiet and cozy. Wrapped in thick white, the alpine pastures seem fairytale-like in winter. This tranquility makes Dienten an insider tip within the Hochkönig ski region, which, with 33 lifts and a perfectly connected runway network, is the second largest contiguous ski area in the Alps.
